- Orders and Shipping
We process and dispatch orders from our facility in Mexico within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, we utilize priority logistics services provided by DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Estimated delivery time to European destinations is 5–10 business days.
To keep you informed, automated tracking updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at key stages, including dispatch, arrival at logistics hubs, and local delivery. While we strive to meet these delivery windows, please note that logistics delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our immediate control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the standard timeframe, please contact our support team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the findings, proceed with a replacement or a refund.
- Transfer of Risk and Ownership
In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer only upon physical receipt of the products. You become the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. - Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Consumers residing in the European Economic Area have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
